So the goal is simple: help filmmakers submit thoughtfully instead of spraying and praying.

ShortCircuit uses programming trends, industry knowledge, and realistic expectations to develop targeted submission plans, identify festivals that are actually aligned with the work, and avoid unnecessary spending and scattershot submissions for filmmakers.
